Where we ship
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping zones currently include India, North America, the UK & Europe, the Middle East & Asia-Pacific, and the rest of the world. The rate, free-shipping threshold and estimated delivery for your country are shown on each product page and at checkout.
Production time
Ready-to-ship designs are printed or finished to order and typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Custom commissions follow the timeline in your quotation.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates begin from dispatch and are indicative, not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing and local holidays may extend delivery times.
Customs, duties & taxes
For orders shipped outside India, import duties, VAT/GST and any brokerage fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. They are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Orders shipped within India include GST at checkout.
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed once your order ships, and are visible on the Track an Order page and in your account.
Damage in transit
Every shipment is insured. If your artwork arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
