Briefs & quotations
Submitting a custom brief is free. We respond with questions or a fixed quotation that states the size, medium, revisions included, timeline and price.
Design previews
Where applicable, we share a design preview for your approval. Production begins only after written approval and payment as stated in the quotation.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds is stated in your quotation. Additional changes, or changes after production begins, may incur extra cost and time.
Returns
Custom artworks are non-returnable and non-refundable once production begins, unless the artwork arrives damaged or differs materially from the approved design.
Colour & materials
Colours can vary slightly between screens and physical materials. Hand-painted work naturally shows small variations that are part of its character.
Use of references
By sharing reference images you confirm you have the right to use them for this commission. We never use your private references publicly without permission.
