Do I need to pay before seeing a design?+
No. Submitting a brief is free. We share a design preview and quotation first; production begins only after you approve and confirm the order.
How many revisions are included?+
Your quotation will state the revisions included — typically up to two rounds on the design preview. Changes after production begins may affect cost and timeline.
Can you match my room's colours?+
Yes. Share a room photo or paint/fabric references and we'll build the palette around them.
Do you ship custom pieces internationally?+
Yes, worldwide. Large works ship stretched in crates or rolled with stretcher bars, depending on destination. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I return a custom artwork?+
Custom and commissioned pieces are made specifically for you, so they are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or differ from the approved design. See our custom-order policy for details.
